Life is what you make it, so, with that being said, what you do with your life, and what goals you pursue, to thorougly enjoy life, is what will determine whether or not you are truly happy with where you are in life.
I think that everyone can be happy, but not everyone is happy 'all the time'. Everyone has their 'ups and downs' and with that, comes the struggles of daily challenges.
I can say that because I've done a lot of self-healing and self-inventory, I have managed to pull myself out of the gutter a few times, successfully.
I find that by being appreciative and grateful for what I have, and what it took to bring me here, is what makes me happy.
I am a mother of two, and a wife, to a wonderful man.
I can't say that I haven't had a 'bad day', or felt 'miserable', there are exceptions to that, because everyone goes through them.
I would have to say that, in the moment, for most people, they can honestly say that they ARE happy and content, with where they are, and what they're doing, in their life.
To each their own, and as I said, "Life is what you make it" - it's all how you deal with life's challenges and how you cope and deal with these challenges and learn, along the way, that will determine your happiness.
If you think 'negatively', then you will live your life in that negativity. If you think 'positively', then you will live your life in that positive mode, and with that, you are surely to get through life, on a happier note!

Ok. friend, I tell you nothing other than strongly beleiving in the Most High will make you be happy. If you see someone so happy, automatically he has accepted the Lord, not only just accepting but also devoted his whole life to Him! He/She has stayed in the Lord and the Lord in Him, therefore this person has never fail in all that he/she has ever wanted in the life. For God hears him when he cries out, God answers when asks and God gives him everything he seeks in the Lords name.
For I tell you friend anything you see happening in this wonderful world, be it Good or Bad He's the Lord who has done it. Human being will never and has never done something good or bad to themselves. Your wrong deeds will never make you be happy.
Seek help from God in whatsoever you have in mind pray to Him as He is the Author to everything. I tell you are going to be extremely happy out there. I'm talking from the real experience in myself as a borne again Christian.
Try this experiment it is very easy, be so close the Lords manual 'The bible', Yaani put everything to the Lord and you will be happy.
Best Wishes in the Lord.

I am content and very happy. What makes me happy? Me! My decision to be single made all the difference; I stopped depending on someone to make me happy and I no longer feel obligated to make anyone happy. I refuse to feel guilty about anything and I don't sweat the small nor the big stuff.

Happiness comes from within, We can sit on our butts an sulk at all that goes wrong in our lives but that won't change anything.
To be happy is to be content with what life has to offer,
In other words be happy you have a shelter, as million don't have a place to sleep, ......
Be happy you have clothes to wear, as millions are left in rags......
Be happy you have friends and family, cos millions are left abandon......
Be happy you have food to eat, while other starve.....
Looking into a strangers eyes and giving a friendly smile makes me happy

My imagination makes me happy also the Lord in my life makes me happy because I know that I'm safe. Like most people they say that family makes them happy but for me it doesn't make me happy at all. I like seeing them together lol. But over all my imagination makes me happy because nobody knows what I'm thinking, I can travel for free, eat what I want, and more!

Happiness is .....relative.
When ur born .....u just succeded over death.....
But u dont understand what others are speaking to u......
u learn 2 talk .........but cant walk yet.
U fall many times....doesnt matter...ur happy to crawl
When u walk .......u cant run yet......
When u walk ........u dont know alphabets....
When u learn alphabets......u dont know numbers....
When u lern numbers......U dont know nursery rhymes.....
Wehn u learn rhymes.....u dont know to write yet...
When u learn to write.....U have to go to school....
When u complete school......U have to go to college..
When u complete college.....U have to find a job....
When u find a job.....U find someone else in the same job earning more....
When u find a better job......U have to find a house...
After u found a house.....U have to find a mate...
After u find a mate....U have to have kids...
After u have kids.........THE CYCLE REPEATS
On one side is happiness.......The other side is problems.
The more problems u face.....The more u grow as a person.
Problems are part of ur life. They are the reason what ur are today.
A person without problem is a person in decay.
The guy above is right ---- A peson without a problem is the one in the corner lying dead.

My family life is great. My friends are wonderful. I am probably the happiest I have ever been in my life with the exception of 40 hours each week.
I hate my job.
