I have a female guppy and now it's pregnant and she have a weird needle sticking out of her anus.I've bought other pregnant guppies and some of them also have this thing.Is it a sign to giving birth or sickness I do not know.Can y'all help me?

It's a parasite!!! You need a parasite treatment NOW! Salt doesn't kill *all* parasites!

You answered your own question as to where the worms came from... They were already infected when you bought the Guppies.

My suggestion for you would be the Jungle Labs Parasite Clear tablets as they're easy to use.

Look up camillanus/cammalanus. They are a red thread like worm that usually comes out of the anus area and can be very difficult to get rid of.

I think this could be and anchor worm attached to your fish, why don't you treat your fish with a parasite control just in case

What color food do you feed your fish? My fish are fed a variety of colored food...but when one will eat one of the red fish flakes...they poop out red feces. Is it possible that what you are seeing is just feces?

It coulds be its papilla... that is the chute the eggs/babies come out of.
