i think he can still be the king of england but i think that his mixed children will be passed over as successors to the throne. a person is deemed ineligible if they're roman catholic, so i'm sure it's the same if your a non-anglo.

If he actually mounts the throne, any children of his are in line of succession, though it seems they will be accepted by the english only if they belong to the church of england, so they had better not convert to catholicism, islam or buddhism.
