ok I have downloaded a bunch of stuff and it all says that it has failed to launch or something basicly it won't let me run the programs what could be the problem

I agree with some of the other answers on here, get spybot search and destroy, adware,zonealarm,and avg antivirus all free to download and use.

Go to downloads.com and get Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware. They're free, they're VERY effective, and they're easy to use. No muss, no fuss, no ads.
