Can you really tell alot about a person's mood by their eyes?How can you tell if someone is happy,or mad at the world?

The thing about this is that the eyes do not stand alone. The entire face and body contribute to the sense of someone's mood. Body language in general will probably tell you almost everything before you get to the eyes. The creases *around* someone's eyes, for instance, will tell you a lot about whether someone is in a good or bad mood, i.e. that little bit under the eye will lift a little and the creases will point upward in a smile, and in a frown they won't lift and the creases will be straighter.
The eyes themselves are a bit harder to describe in transition. I believe they tell you a lot about a person's state of mind, but even for all my knowledge of words, I can't quite describe how it works. It's a bit of an intuition thing, I guess, i.e. information in your subconscious tells you if you've seen a certain look before, and what it means.

You can tell mood from body language AND eyes. Eyes getting dialated can result from excitement (of any sort; love, fear, sexual arousal, etc)... and usually, if you like something a lot, your eyes will dialate. Look up some stuff about body language to find out more.

It is a scientific fact that your pupils dilate when you are attracted or happy to see someone. So, when you are talking to someone, your body's intuition on how they're feeling often has to do with whether their pupils are dilated. You may not notice it consciously, but your subconscious often does. Other body language is involved as well, such as how fast they're breathing, the obvious smiling and length of eye contact.

I don't remember but I know police detectives can tell whether someone is lieing or not by seeing if their eyes dialate or not. I know that if you ask someone a question and they look down and to the left they are lieing.

Feel. Feelings will tell you everything you need to know. thinking will only tell you that which you want to Know based on fear and judgement.You can see the soul by looking in their eyes though.

well friend its easy to read eyes eyes tell the truth as far as i have observed. and you can see the pain and the happyness and the love and many other things if you closely look at the eye of the other poeple and one more thing the police also suspects a criminal by lookin at their feared eyes

i think the eyes are shining when a person`s happy.i dunno really!but yeah eyes can tell us lots of things
