Hmmm . . . sounds like it could be a diet problem too. Maybe you aren't eating enough. But if masturbation affects your voice, maybe you should see a doctor. It doesn't sound very healthy to have that problem. Good night!

This may not be due to masturbation, but your thinking about sex.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence is a sexual dysfunction characterized by the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis for satisfactory sexual intercourse regardless of the capability of ejaculation. There are various underlying causes, such as diabetes, many of which are medically reversible.
The causes of erectile dysfunction may be physiological or psychological. Psychological impotence can often be helped by almost anything that the patient believes in; there is a very strong placebo effect.
The introduction of perhaps the top Indian Aurvedic effective remedy for impotence, are Divya Yauvanamrita Vati & Divya Chandraprabha Vati by D Y Mandir Trust of Swami Rammdev of India.
The Latin term impotentia coeundi describes simple inability to insert the penis into the vagina.
But please do not worry now. There is hope & results.
Your all physical, medical & mental conditions can be cured by doing Yoga Pranayama & Aurvedic Medicines.

Masturbation Frequency:
http://www.jackinworld.com/misc/faqtree1.html#mastfreq
How often does the average male masturbate?
It depends on a lot of factors, the most important being age. For an 18-year-old male, a rough average is once a day or so. This is slightly higher for younger teenagers — maybe 10 or 12 times a week, and slightly lower for older people. You might be surprised by how often adult men masturbate — even happily married men.
I think I'm addicted to masturbation. Is that possible?
It is, although many, many people think they're addicted when they're really just doing what comes naturally. For more on this topic, read the article Is Masturbation Addictive?(http://www.jackinworld.com/library/articles/addict.html).
How can I masturbate less often, or quit altogether?
It's tough; it takes a lot of will power. It can be done, especially if you're driven by very strong religious feelings. However, JackinWorld's position is that it's not worth it. We think you should enjoy the harmless pleasures your body can provide.

Frequent masturbation and ejaculation (usually more than 4 times a week for most) stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively pratices masturbation.
Note: Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.
The side effects of such changes to the body include:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone
If above symptoms are experienced, you need to restore the balance of brain's acetylcholine / parasympathetic ratio, reduces the level of sex hormones in the body, and sedates sympathetic nervous function, or the symptoms would become worse.
There is nothing wrong with masturbating, it all depends on how your body reacts to the stress of ejaculation, everyone is different.

I am thinking you might want to slow down on the self pleasure. Not that I think there is anything wrong with it, it just seems to be an issue for you.
Do you feel guilty when you get yourself off, is it a substitute for a real partner, do you seek another person to have sex with, is there another issue that is amplified by this activity?
Think about it.
I would guess it is an issue caused by your brain and not a physical problem with your penis.

Hey, you should stop masturbation if it does affect you so much! And 3 times daily is very bad for you! Go out more and have some outdoor activities (make yourself tired physically), stop watching pron movies! It is bad for you!
