No sh*t, sherlock! Of course they do... but they don't have to ask only dirty questions to annoy others. Bad grammar can accomplish that pretty easily.

Some people are like that in life, they live to annoy. So, if you just ignore them they don't get any kicks out of it. Hopefully they then go away.
