Are you trying to actually exchange USD for TZS or simply to check the exchange rate?

These sites might help if you're just looking for the exchange rate. Try http://www.xe.com/ucc/full.shtml or http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic.

If you actually want to exchange TZ Shillings, try contacting a bank or international airport. Banks outside of the airport will probably give better rates, especially if you simply deposit the Shillings & later withdraw them as USD.
