if you send me the details of your mail server, I can help you. There can also be problem with your internet cafe, which doesn't allow attachment as most of them are time-based and not volume-based.

If your company email address cannot send attachments the first reason should be the company policies which restrict attachments being send through the company email server. Further, if you are the only one person who has problems sending attachments, approach your mail administrator, may be your email client (Ms outlook/Outlook express if you are on windows-or respective clients available with different OSs) needs a fine tuning or it is corrupt which needs a fresh installation. Many organizations have attachment sizes restricted to 1024kbs(1mb) and making sure you are not trying to send files exceed that size restriction.

Did you check whether the attachment is less than 10MB or not? Sometime on the system it shows 9MB or so, but after you attach it shows more then 10,000kb. 6-7MB file is safe enough. If your file is less than 6MB and still you cant attach, then you better go for another mail service.

Every company have some limit of the attachement that is allowed to be sent.

My company allows attachement of 2 mb max.

Better contact your administrator.
