u need an enzymatic cleaner like they see at the pet stores, since you have already tried other cleaners it is going to be harder to get the smell out but try "get serious" or "natures miracle" you just spray them on and let them dry naturally.

Two things that have worked for us in the past with territorial males spraying. 1st. is distilled vinegar- put an amount desired of vinegar in a spray bottle and spray areas. 2nd. is ammonia/Windex- spray also in desired areas. Additional notes- after you have sprayed, damp up area with papertowels or a cloth that you don't mind throwing away. You should only need a total of 2 applications.
It should work! Good luck!!

if there is carpet, get rid of it.
cement floor, get some cleaner that u use to get grease off, don't spare on the use.
dirt, remove it .
open up the door, windows, hav a fan, fans venting out the area.
also, try puttin some potatoes sliced up on, in the area fer awhile.
