Nice try but why would you try to deceive a bunch of guys who don't even know what the name Jackson means? There is one more small detail the South never issued ANY medal except for Allatoona Pass. That was a coin made into a medal I believe only 20 were issued which all are accounted. Bored?

God Bless You and The Southern People.

First I would probably contact The Stonewall Jackson's Headquarters. (it's a museum)
Another option would be someone who does historical auctions.
Unless you are into history and collect memorabilia, I'm assuming you would want to sell it? Find out all the information possible before you let it go.

You might want to get it appraise, then decide whether you want to keep as a souvenir, sell it or dump it.

If you like it, preserve and take good care of it. If not, give it as present to someone who would appreciate, enjoy and take good care of it!
