It will be impossible but if he were to face the same justice as the Nazi cronies did in the Nuremberg trials he would be guilty. They were charged with instigating an aggressive war. And found guilty for invading. By definition Bush would face the same fate. We live in a different political environment. So unfortunately Bush will never be held accountable. The Nuremberg trials were meant to set a noble precedent so that no government leaders would instigate an aggressive war. It was America's greatest hour. In an ironic twist. Its sad what has happened 60 years later. I would advocate W Bush going to jail if it sent a message of peace to the world and prevented future world leaders from killing, lying and invading. God knows people have gone to jail for a lot less!

The office of President is protected. We can only impeach him. He deserves to go to jail because he's a low down dirty liar. But really he's just a puppet. Many strings attached. He makes a Jackass of himself every single time he speaks. He tried to run out of tough questions and tried to go through a locked door. He's our nations biggest embarrassment since Vietnam. You can't help but laugh at the man. Lets just see who the next contestant is. My cat could run the country better than George Dubuya. He can't read, write, or give speech that doesn't make you bust out in laughter. Just wait til the wake of Bush being in office catches up to us. We're in deep dookie.

30 monthes became a splash severe. The Liberals choose to punish any conservative they could get their arms on, and Conservatives will punish any Liberal that steps out of line. President Bush ought to pardon Scooter Libby, because of the fact it incredibly is the suited ingredient to do. President Bush ought to attempt have the Federal decide pushed aside.

If he is convicted of a crime, yes. While many of us beleive he may have committed a crime with the war, torture, violation of civil rights etc. he still retains the right to be proven guilty in a court of law

No. What does it take to get through to leftists that Bush hasn't committed any crimes? Being a Republican is not a crime, though I know many on the left think it should be.
