Manufacturers will make what they think will give them a profit. Obviously they feel that a diesel motorcycle will not sell otherwise they'd be producing them by the thousands.

Fundamentally Diesels exist not for lower costs (diesel's lower cost is both a manufacturing and regulatory outcome), but for applications which require high torque and lower speed. Diesel engines are large to withstand the higher vibrations because of more compression and scale of explosion in the cylinder.
CRDi is an option for making diesel engines quieter and smoother, giving it some of the advantages of petrol engines, but CRDi requires expensive mechanicals and sophisticated software. Apart from this there are license and royalty costs because only three manufacturers in the world actually 'own' the CRDi technology, which makes it pointless for a small light motorbike which already delivers great efficiency for petrol for a much lower initial cost.

First off, a bike has its' appeal due to acceleration and performance, and if you figure out the power to weight ratio of any diesel to a gas powered bike, you will see that the diesel is much heavier and has less performance. Your average bike has a 10:1 compression ratio, and a diesel has a compression ratio of 16:1(minimum). To enable a small engine to get that kind of compression ratio, the cyl walls and head will have to be much thicker and heavier, making the bike heavier and destroying the power to weight ratio and performance. Plus it will cost much more to develop and produce so you pay more up-front. Why have a two seater that is a slug and gets minimally better gas mileage when you can pay less up front and use slightly more fuel and have better performance and fun. Plus, take into account that diesel costs more per volume than premium gas. There is no improvement in the wallet, mileage not improved significantly, and prices will not lower.

Diesel engines are very bulky in size. It does not make sense to create an engine which suits the size of a 2-wheeler when it is very heavy by default.
Also, diesel engines are more expensive than petrol engines. You would always notice ppl determining the usage of a vehicle before buying a diesel vehicle. I dont think one would ever find a taxi running on Diesel. Bcoz the high initial cost of the diesel vehicle can be overcome by regular savings on fuel costs.
If diesel engines were of the same cost as of petrol engines, then nobody would buy petrol engines. Isn't it?

Hi friend, as in cars may be cannot make diesel bikes, because i feel, that it will dissipate a lot of heat and It would be a problem for the bike and usually diesel engines make a lot of noise, and there is a lot of vibrations, for example see a diesel engine auto, uuff, lot of noise and vibration.

bcoz bike don't have inff pick up also they don't have much higher engine which is bullet have. people want a noiseless bike & crdi engine have little noise as compare with petrol engine.
