Well, fire by definition is a chemical process called oxidation. It isn't a substance like water, air, or metal. Usually when we say that something conducts electricity, we mean that a particular substance can conduct electricity (i.e. allow the flow of electrons).
So your question isn't exacly worded correctly. If you had asked "does oxidation facilitate the flow of electrons from one substance to another?" then it may be possible to provide an answer, which would be "no", it doesn't.

Yes. I recall a physics demonstration back in my college days (around 1967) where sound was produced from a pair of 'speakers' made from a Bunsen burner flame and the audio output wires were placed in the flame.

I think so this is the answer.For the fire to take place,a condition called Combustion is required.What is combustion ?Combustion takes place only in the presence of air&oxygen.Do u think this is gonna conduct electricity.
