So I don’t know what to get my best friend. She always gets me wonderful gifts, and isn’t afraid to spend quite a bit. Right now we are living far apart, so it’s not like I can take her out for a spa day or something. She is stylish, has money and likes to show it, and definitely has her own taste. Not in a weird way, more so in a good way (if that makes sense...). The thing is, I want to get her a great gift. And no, I’m afraid she wouldn’t appreciate something “hand made” or whatever...plus all that stuff isn’t really my thing. SO does anybody know of some good gifts that aren’t too much, but I still nice? Thanks :)

Sounds like your friend is like me. That's what my friends said about me. a girl who has everything. If you know where her favorite spa is you can actually call them up to get a gift card. How old is your friend will determine what gift to get her. You gotta give more info on what she likes. I personally like spa gift myself... How about jewerly? A Necklace with her initals at Tiffany & co cost around $150.

Send her a nice strate forward card. Not a gushy one. One from the heart along with the first dallor you ever made(pretend it was). Sometimes you should think of her as a show-off. If your worried about your money against hers no matter what you buy ,it want mean anything.

How a pair of Knit something. Sweater for her, or a headband and gloves. Or how a pair of sweater for the dogs? Or if she's a craft individual, you may get her Knitting needles, knitting books and yarn. or you may get her a memento, like a Christmas decoration with 2007 on it, or one that has been customized together with her and her husband's (or dogs') names. If she collects something (like salt cellars, porcelain collectible figurines, cookbooks, crammed animals, etc.), you may provide her one, as a Knickknack, or get her a Knickknack shelf to assist reveal her sequence.

No. she won't like the hand made thing. Get her a gift certificate to American Eagle. That's one of her favorite stores.

Why not give to a charity in her name? You could "adopt" a kennel at the local ASPCA and her name would stay on it for a year. It's a lot more fulfilling than acquiring more stuff.
