I agree where is the meaning of chirstmas. Everything is about gifts. Remember when people use to actually just want to spend time together on the holidays now if you don't have a gift for them they don't want to see you.

Christmas is a time of giving... everyone is glad to receive gifts.
But in cases where money is a problem, yes I agree not to spend
a penny and to celebrate Christmas in other meaningful ways.

i agree. as charlie brown so infamously put it, we shouldn't get caught up in the commercialism of christmas. this holiday represents something very special, and we should all take the time to realize it and appreciate it!

i agree. Christmas,along with the rest of the holidays has become to much of a propaganda. it's truly sad. maybe we need another deep depression to have reality slap us in the face.....

I DONT TOTALLY AGREE. CHRISTMAS MEANS BEING TOGETHER WITH LOVED ONES AND SHOWING YOUR LOVE FOR EACH OTHER. THIS TIME OF THE YEAR IS BUSY YES AND VERY STRESSVILE BUT I MYSELF ENJOY IT KNOWING I CAN GIVE TO OTHERS AND THEM TO ME.
