if u find something online ike from a store does the store also carry it in the store or not?

Yes and no. Usually, the store can have it ordered in (if its not already there) and it will come on "truck day" which is usually a monday, wednesday, or friday.

I know thats the case at BestBuy, Americas largest electronics chain...

True, if a retailer put "Available" online does not automatically mean the same item is in their storefront franchise.
