As far as I know Anissina has no brother but is "child hood friends" with Gwendal. She's a crazy inventor whose inventions almost never work.
Gwendal, Conrad and Wolfram are all half siblings, sired by different fathers. Conrad is half human and is a bit ostrasized because of it (especially by Wolfram in the first few episodes)

Gunter isn't related to anyone as far as I know. But the girl who is the doctor (can't remember her name) is his daughter. He's a perv, and is obsessed with Yuri.
