Who are the best free agent relief pitchers still available?

It seems like Gagne, but after all the injuries, i don´t know if he really is the best alternative.

Keith Fulke was great in 2004. But then, he was atacked by tue injury bug. Maybe, an option like Gagne.
Dustin Hermanson can be a closer or a set up. He is a good pitcher.
Troy Percival is another closer with the bug injury attached. But for less than a million a season, every team should take the risk.
J.C. Romero was great with the Twinkies and so/so with the Angels, but is young and some teams should be looking for him.
Octavio Dotel was a closer in Oakland and a set up man in Houston, but with the Yankees he sucked. Is an alternative, more than a year after his Tommy John operation.
Ron Villone was lights out with the Yanks last season, until Torre burn his arm. Is another good reliever ready to set up.
Eddie Guardado from the Reds had good seasons with the Twins, but regulars with the Mariners and Reds. Is a good option, iif he goes cheap.
Danys Baez is a good pitcher, but i think he signed with the Orioles.
Mike de Jean was very good with the Brewers a couple years ago. Last year he was so/so with the Rockies. Can be cheap and helpfull.
Joe Borowski is an eternal loser with 2 good last seasons with the Marlins.But he´s going to suck in other place. It´s better for him to be resigned.
Dan Kolb was great with the Brewers 3 years ago, but then, he was traded to the Braves and he sucks since that. Maybe a change of scenary can help him.

Really when ever you look at it...Roger and Andy P are still the best free agent pitchers out there...if they play again or not is still the question..

The best is probably Eric Gagne. But his arm troubles have really destroyed his stock in the market
