I don't think it means anything or rather you just threw two random words together. Each word surely has a meaning assertive peing the acronym of passive. And violence haveing a meaning but together they may have a meaning such as instead of being passive about it he was assertively violent just don't see it that way. As assertiveness being linked with violence.
