my mum wants to ask muta'ah from my dad,now tat he has money but they've been divorce for more then ten years. y she didnt ask for it before,its bcause my dad didnt have money.she was given 3 talaq,as my dad wanted to marry my mum's best friend.both r married now.so is it possible ?

What i think yes. Cause the past ten years he had no money. But now he has money and married. If follow the muslim law he still had the right to pay monetery right to his ex-wife and children.
If he denied and not wanting to pay sue him to sariah court. Futhur more he still lose. and a sore looser.

Depends on the state you are in.... I'm in Missouri and the woman can get money from the man if she never gets married again. But if she got married then no dice.
