How about flying on time...not losing luggage...don't overbook flights...well, I could go on, but I think any traveler knows the basics.

how about getting luggage out to baggage claim in less than an hour? most other airlines don't seem to have a problem with this. you shouldn't have to wait for ages to get your baggage when the flight was only an A320 with 75 people on it

An acceptable "On Time Arrival" rating would be nice, but I know that's asking too much.
