The one don't that nobody told me had to do with after you had the baby. Don't press on your stomach. It feels like you have a giant hole in there. This only seems to be true for natural births, not C-sections.

No drinking, no lifting heavy objects depends on weight ask doctor, no stressing, no getting upset, no screaming, no tiring excerizing. pregnancy is supossed to be a taking it easy experince ( as much as it can be) the mother to be should be as happy and worry free as she can be. Oh, there will be some things that you can't contril but let it go....she deserves a breakddown every now and then. No eating just to be eating...you'll regret it trust me and get plenly of rest and excerise, but take it easy, even on the house work

DO'S: eat right, light to moderate exercise, stretch, study about what's happening to your body, get the nursery ready, buy baby stuff, drink lots of water, get lots of sleep, start a college fund, see your doctor for regular check ups, decide what to name your baby, talk to your baby, maintain a clean house, cook large dinners portion them out and freeze them,
DON'TS: eat a lot of fish, don't color your hair for a least another month, don't hang around fumes, don't paint the house, don't clean with bleach or simple green, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, don't do drugs.
Did I miss anything?

Don't lift heavy objects and avoid straining yourself and burdening yourself with tasks. Relax.
