I have this phone service and I keep getting over charged for my phone bill. It's supposed to be 55.00 after taxes and I just got a bill for 109.00 for a one month service. This is ridiculous. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem.

I have cricket. There is no contract with this service so you kind of pay as you go but yet it's not prepaid either, it's kind of hard to explain. Anyway, I have also had these problems with this phone service. I just went to the cricket store and showed them my past receipts and they changed the bill for me. If you call 1-800-cricket then you should be able to speak to someone for help. Good luck with that.

no cricket here....sorry but you should always do research when getting ready to sign a contract. If you were going to buy a car, would you "kick the tires" or check out some magazines and ask questions? Of course you would. And the same goes for cell phone contracts. Call their customer service and see why the bill is high and what you can do to get it down. Ask if they can do something to get this one and the rest down lower! Asking usually helps in receiving.
