I'm uncircucised, never had sex, but there are these very tiny, nonpainful bumps at the ridges of my head. Should i be worried. I've had them FOREVER. Since i was 14. They're like, VERY tiny in size. like spec of dirt small.

Since they have been there "forever" and are not painful - you should not be concerned. Many men have them, they are called, pearly penile papules. Check out the link below to explain. I hope this helps.

Totally normal, some guys have them and some don't. Consider yourself lucky to have them though, your girlfriend/wife will be happy to get the extra stimulation!

Normal as can be. As you are uncircumcised be careful to keep your penis extra clean.
