With bottle feeding you miss out on this: While the baby is nursing, you peer over the mother's shoulder and make funny faces until the baby has to smile.... which breaks the suction and causes milk to spray all over and then you can laugh uproariously.

I breast fed all 4 of my kids briefly and there was nothing ticklish about it.
