ways to motivate?

just don't seem to be able to start on my homework...teach me ways to motivate myself=)..just a really dumb question

Start with what's easy or that you enjoy. At least this will start the ball rolling and help you to get into the homework mind zone. Make small goals and slowly build them up, such as work for an hour, then let yourself have a break for 30 mins, then work for another hour etc. Tell somone who's around what your plan is so that they can help keep you on track. It might help to have some music playing, and use that as a guide, such as working for 10 songs before a break.
