Ignore them...they obviously aren't attempting to answer the actual question so maybe a thumbs down is in order as well.
People often times are putting themselves out on a ledge by asking strangers for help and are probably feeling a little vulnerable. So they really don't need critisizm, especially if the question is serious.
I was critisized for getting a part of an answer incorrect, and rather than help, the person was rude to me which was unappreciated. I come on to help as best I can. I can fully understand if I'm not the best answer, but I don't need the hostility and neither does the questioner.

Wow, a very good observation. I could not agree more. Sometimes it is indeed, very difficult to answer a question which one can't really understand but as you have said; we should be kind enough to give them ( those not so good in English, I too, am not perfect) considerations and treat them like anyone else. We won't do anything to those who tease, because they will read your statement and will take heed I am sure- of your plea. People are basically willing to give other people chances. Let us give them a chance too, to modify their reactions.

You will come across teasers everywhere.Take them in your stride and don't get too tense over them.At the same time try to see the underlying message.Keep on improving the language. Sometimes criticisms help rather than appreciation.

The only thing we can do, pray for them and ask Christ to forgive their wrongful humor, they should help these people not tease them, also by teasing these people, it very well could come back and bit them one day. Maybe inside their own family. You don't make fun of God's children!

Is English your second language? Through, patronize, i.e. Webster's New World Dictionary.

First of all - Great question ! Well teasing is downright graceless but what about correcting ? If done subtly it should be accepted with grace, I should think. But I am not sure !

Ignore them. Their opinions dont matter as they are small minded ppl who focus on grammar & spellings instead of connecting & commumicating with people from all over the world.
Dont waste your precious time on them !
