So you will probably think this a crap answer, but you probably should SEE a Dr. Not talk to one on Yahoo.

it could be that you have a very bad hemorrhoid:

Internal hemorrhoids:
You can't see or feel these hemorrhoids. But straining or irritation from passing stool can injure a hemorrhoid's delicate surface and cause it to bleed. You may notice small amounts of bright red blood on your toilet tissue or in the toilet bowl. Because internal anal membranes lack pain-sensitive nerve fibers, these hemorrhoids usually don't cause discomfort. However, you may experience a feeling of fullness in your rectum following a bowel movement. Occasionally, straining can push an internal hemorrhoid through the anal opening. If a hemorrhoid remains displaced (prolapsed), it can cause pain and irritation.

External hemorrhoids:
These hemorrhoids tend to be painful. Sometimes blood may pool in an external hemorrhoid and form a clot (thrombus), causing severe pain, swelling and inflammation. When irritated, external hemorrhoids can itch or bleed.

If I knew your body type and personal information I could diagnose you. But if you do have a hemorrhoid and is embarassed of feel silly to see a doctor, just purchase some over the counter treatment. However I'd strongly suggest you see a doctor immediately for this may cause very graphic and nasty looking hemorrhoids. Hope I helped! If you need to talk PM me through yahoo!

could be hemorrhoids or anal fissures. make sure you are going often enough so it isn't hard and you don't have to push a lot. drink enough water, eat enough fiber, take a stool softener if you have to.
