Ok, so I LOVE rock, classic rock, alt. rock, punk rock, indie rock, metal, hard rock, old school rap, new rap, hip-hop, funk, r&B, reaggaeton/latin, jazz, smooth jazz, acid jazz, classical music, techno, trance, industrial, electronic

but I'm tired of people complaining about other genres of music and how "bad" they are. Music is supposed to bring us together so...

what do you think (I had an idea) what if a group can combine elements of each genre with different songs?
Not every genre combined into one song but see, I want to be a musician and I've been fooling around with music for a while and I've been able to combine say....jazz with hip-hop and metal with jazz and rap and punk (yes it might sound bad but it actually doesnt sound good).

If, in the future a group was to do this, do you think people would be interested? I think it'd be a good way to bring the very many musical cultures.

I dont know if I explained it well, but I just wanted to know if u got the general idea lolol

This is what I absolutely love about music. There are so many different cultures in music involving so many different instruments. Old styles are now brought into new styles of music, but in the end they all originated from the olden days. Yes, there are many genres out there now. Some music you do combine doesn't sound so great because it just may not balance out. People have their favorites. The music people listen to usually relates to their personalities. Music relates to everyone in all different ways and also depending on what kind of mood one is in while listening to music. You can never mix a sad song with a "happy lets-go beat". This is why music has so many different genres. It's great to play around and combine music, but no matter what, jazz is always going to have its own origin as well as other genres. I believe that is what really makes genres so special. They all have their own "personality".

i does not provide them something, i don't choose to be sure one in all those band EVER come around... that sizeable and that nicely-known? no, no, by no ability. If a band grew to alter into that sizeable there does not be adequate variety interior the music international and that i could hate that, and if a band had that lots impact on our society... nicely, then i could say are society is quite f*cking gullible and could in all probability be happening the drain quickly. If a band substitute into that sizeable human beings could not be persons... we could not pay attention to something with out being criticized because of the fact its not this destiny band, it can be quite very nearly like musical fascism. whether there's a time paradox in contact, it says that despite you wind up doing will continuously be what motives the failings that ensue interior the destiny, so perhaps there could be no escaping it. edit: nicely effective! we could throw out the best judgment and anticipate there is not any honestly time paradox, i'm nonetheless not giving him something, he can bypass die interior the woods for all I care.

it's all been done before.
Jazz + HipHop = Modern R&B
Metal + Jazz = Classic Metal
Rap + Punk = Crust Punk/Hardcore Punk
If you combine any one of those, you'd probably get a sub-genre that has already been created.
