sorry for long details.

this is what happened. years ago i got a scar on my knee. i have a friend who his mother is a farmacist. when my friend saw my knee, he told me that scar is a sign of a type of disease i dont remember it. i have to remove the scar or else next time if i have any wound on my body it will remained as a scar. is kind of weirdd, so i didnt bother much and i told my mother and she seemed like dont believe me. so i didnt do anything about the scar till today i realise that those pimples on my face have been there for a few month already. and also mosquito bites on my legs remained as a scar. therefore, i conclude that the if i got any other wound they will remained as a scar.

so doctor, what should i do? what is the name of the disease? how can it be cured? can my pimples scar on my face removed?

There are seval factors to consider each with a different prognosis if Black keloids if not something else scars will heal over time it usually takes about 7 years to completelyu disappear as far as the acne that is something starting in teen or pre teen years as a hormonal problem and also a hygene issue if you pick or pop them they will leave a scar if you treat them they will eventually go away there are a few products on the market for scars mine went away after a few years now you can not see it unless you look closely with a magnifing glass acne is common to all teens there are a few products that will help but word of warning dont overdo anti-biotics like tetracycline as they in large protracted doses will rot the teeth and bones an ounce of prevention and a diet and lifestyle change will work wonders first cut out greasy foods also sodas and cofee instead take your body weight divide it by 1/2 and drink that many ounces of water ever day you can have milk and juices except grapefruit get lots of rest and plenty of sunshine and exercise eat good foods and lots of vegetables and salads avoid junk foods hopefully you are taking some form of vitamins and minerals stay away from white bread and eat whole grains and lots of fiber un buttered popcorn is good as is whole wheat and rye breads avoid diet products like nutrasweet aka aspertame very bad for your health use honey it is very good even broccoli and spinach are good for you you have to detox your body and the problem will go away products like Immunocal are very helpfull you can find the information in the 2005 P.D.R. on page 1713as for scar removal what I have said is the least expensive and healthier way to go with out going in for plastic surgery and dermabrassion very expensive and chemical peels are painfull and not 100% effective hope this helps best wishes Gorbalizer

sounds like you have a skin problem or abnormal skin reaction that involves hyperkeratinization of your epidermal layer after a break in the skin surface or wound healing. This may be caused by a deficiency in the production of a particular component of the skin healing process which controls or regulates scar tissue formation. Try taking Vitamin A as daily supplement. This promotes for a healthy and normal skin and let's see if this does make a difference.

You may just have what they call Keloid.....it is just excessive tissue that builds when your skin is broken and tries to heal. It is quite common. You may have chicken pox scars or acne scars that stand out a little more than usual, or you may not be able to get a tattoo to look smooth. When you do hurt your self, make sure to apply neosporin to any skin breaks to help with excessive scarring. They also make a product called Mederma. You can buy it just about anywhere.

Yahoo answers is not a doctor and if I were you I would go see a real doctor in person where you can be evaluated because a real doctor would never answer a question like this without an evaluation.

oh mark...i'm so sorry. i don't know a lot about stages, but i do know my own dad and uncle had prostate cancer and it was taken out in one case (i think) and in the other radiation was used on it. i am so sorry for what you're going through mark. saying a little prayer now. although you may or may not believe that way.
