If nothing has happened, there is no issue... I would have purchased it because I am interested in the "haunted house" We purchased our house approximately 4 years ago We have a very active house.... it gets interesting at times but we have fun with it. We had the house blessed. I think "she" is starting to realize we are not going anywhere.....

Yes, probably but you are going to have to contend with re-selling it and you have to disclose the deaths that have taken place in the house (by law) so you are not going to get a very good appreciation on you investment because a lot of people will not buy the house.
I bought a vacation home where the son had murdered the parents - there were no problems but when we sold it we had to disclose the murders and we did not make as much money as we should have for profit

I do believe in this but I don't think you have anything to worry about. If it does come down to it that it is haunted their are always people out their that can help the haunting to go to the better place, I would have bought it if it was right for my family.

Not sure I would have bought it...but I am super sensitive to spirits and have been on a few ghost hunts....
but if you haven't had anything happen yet they maybe the lady crossed over and will not give you any troubles.
Good luck...If you do start to get something that you don't want tell it that this is your house now and that you do not welcome any uninvited guests in your home...be firm and tell it loudly several times.

Well, I guess look at it this way, if any ghosts appear and start hounding you, just ask the boogeyman hiding in your closet for some help or maybe that dude with the bloody hook for a hand that hides under your bed at night.

I'm superstitious ,but that wouldn't stop me from buying the house . the husband killed the wife not the house ,as for the other people who may deem you crazy -they are just jealous of your fine score . enjoy the house and unless you see a ghost on a regular basis i wouldn't sweat it .

I find it interesting, that lots of folks have seen ghosts, but no one has captured one, not even on film.
