but i need to know for sure. its for an online quiz that i cant fail. Please help

=27.04^10^-5
=2.704*10^-4

1) These aren't polynomials
2) 5.2*10^-7*5.2*10^2=5.2^2 *10^-5=27.04*10^-4=2.704*10^-3

Since you have 2 "Binomials", a good rule is "FOIL"
F(irst pair) O(uter pair) I(nner pair) L(ast pair)
(5.2 x 5.2 ) +
(5.2 x 10^2) +
(10^-7 x 5.2) +
(10^-7 x 10^2)
the rest is just math

Write it out like a regular multiplication problem and organize:
5.2E-7
5.2E2
is (5.2)(5.2)E(-7+2)
27.05E-5
2.704E-4, you got it right.
