Consider using an antibacterial face wash. Pimples are caused by bacteria in the skin. Make sure you wash your face every night. Try a few medicated things (like proactive) and you should notice your break outs become less and less (and also less severe). Don't pop any pimples you have (that spreads the bacteria on your face). And try to keep from rubbing your hands on your face (the bacteria on your hands are then wiped across your face where they can grow in the oils produced on your skin, thus causing break outs)

Normally we break out do to access oil that we have on our skin. Some skin types need to be washed 3 times a day, regularly. Others dont need to wash their faces only 1 day out of a month. It depends on your skin type. Those myths about how chocolate and sugary and greasy things causes you to break out is nothing but BS... All I can say is try washing your face with either a cleanser or aloe soap bar and let it take effect. Most cleansers take an average of 6 months to find out how well the product works or what its effect will be on your face. So if you do resolve to a cleanser, continue to use the product for 6 months. It may take a lot of money or a lot time, but you will never get the long term effect in just a week of use.

Could be stupid hormones acting up again. Now, I don't want to encourage you if you're very young, but many of my young adult female friends have resorted to birth control to clear up skin defects (but you'll only get a prescription from the dermatologist if the breakout is really bad).

Try switching shampoo. My skin started to break out horriblyl after using Pantene shampoo. I switched to a less creamy shampoo-conditioner and my skin cleared up quickly.

When do you breakout? I do right before my period. Kinda sucks. Just a hormonal thing.
