Well it finally has caught up with me, other than an occassional wipe, I havent taken care of my windows.
Now I need to know how to get the hard mineral deposit off the outside of the windows?

You can remove mineral deposits from your windows with white vinegar. Baking soda should also be effective for stubborn stains. Make a paste using baking soda and water, apply to the glasses, let sit for a few hours, then scrub gently with a nylon scrubbing pad. follow up with windex

If the windows are over flower beds, be careful what you use, it can kill your trees & plants. If there are not plants under the windows or if you can easily get to them & hand wash them, why not try one of those shower door cleaners for hard water stains & build-up???
