the phrase is Quebecois, and Prime Minister. You can check it out on Government of Canada website. Under history.

Canada has had seven prime minsters from the province of Quebec BUT only four of them were Quebecois (Laurier, St. Laurent, Trudeau, Chretien).

Ethnicly we have had:
nine English;
five Scottish; (inclding WLMK)
four Quebecois;
and one Irish and one German prime ministers.

Province wise:
Ontario: 7
Quebec: 7
Nova Scotia: 3
Alberta: 3
Saskatchewan:1
British Columbia: 1
