Go to the dollar store and buy a box of chocolates for each girl. They are very yummy - make good gifts and women love chocolate no matter what age. Well most so anyway. Then to make them unique write a cute short poem about each girl and make it rhyme with one of the kinds of candys in the box. i.e.
For a girl who's really sweet
Here's a special little treat.
Chocolate, nut, cream and berry,
Just for you - my friend Shari.
Just and example. And yes it is corny - but very sweet and girls like mushy stuff. At least I did.
Good luck.

I think people love yummy stuff for the holidays. I am going to make fudge this year and sprinkle the top with crushed candy canes to make it more christmassy. Cheap. Easy. Scrummy!
Here's my recipe:
Servings: Makes about 2 pounds
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
3 (6-ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate chips (3 cups)
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
Dash salt
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-4 tablespoons (measures) of butter for extra creaminess
Instructions
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with Eagle Brand® and salt.
Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla.
Spread evenly into waxed paper lined 8- or 9-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.
Peace!

One of the best gifts I ever got was just a plain box wrapped so I could just open the lid ... the lid was wrapped seperately. Inside was about 10 pieces of paper folded like little notes. On each not was a memory of what I had done for that person or something that they wanted me to know. I still have that box and I treasure it.

Buy yourself a stack of foil pie pans, get some flour, cornstarch, sugar and butter and bake up a mess of shortbread. It makes a wonderful gift, and it's especially appreciated because you made it. Shortbread isn't difficult to make, but it is time consuming. The secret to good shortbread (taught to me by my Scottish father, who baked shortbread every Christmas) is to knead it until it is almost like putty, very loose and almost the consistency of library paste.
Enjoy!
