go into my computer, then find the folder where your pictures are stored. Right click on the picture and push edit. It should bring it into a new program. Then on the menu at the top there should be an option like "resize image" or something and then make it smaller. Pictures from digital cameras can be huge so you can resize it at least by 1/2 or more. Then do a 'save as' with a new name so you can still keep your original. If you're using a Mac this will not help you at all but hopefully it can help you out. Good Luck!

Try downloading a picture resizer, you can dl one on a trial then just dlete it. If it says that the ize like in mb or kb is too large your kinda outta luck

Rename/Resave the files as a smaller quality file extension.

Like a...

1) .gif
2) .bmp
3) .jpeg (if not already that)

Open them in "Paint" and "saveas" .jpeg or .gif

Go to "start" "programs" "accessories" "paint."
