I do not want to go into the store where I have a complaint and have visited theire web site. I can find everything there but a place to make complaints

http://www.dollarstore.ge/rus/main/6/ they have an 800 number....I complained when something was broken but I didn't know it until I tried to use the coffee cup w/lid....and they sent me the $4.00 back, as I bought 4 of them...and the clerk said no refunds.....also
there was an 800 number over the cash registers in the store.

There should be a sign in the window or at the counter with a phone number on it. Most stores have them. If you did find the web site, scroll down to see if there is a contact us tab.
