My boyfriend younger than me?

my boyfriend is younger than me,by 8 months.it doesn't bother either of us,partly b/c,i guess,since he looks 1 yr or 2 older than he really is---he's 18,& i look like i'm 14 or 15,when i'm really 19.i'm just wondering what the big deal is,b/c people say that it's like,i don't know,i forgot how it went,"you're taking the younger guy out of the nest",or something like that?but anyway,my ex-boyfriend was like 1 yr & a half younger than me (i was 17,& he was 15).i'm attracted to younger guys,partly b/c i guess i was held back a yr in school,& also, b/c i guess i get along better with a younger crowd,or an older crowd---it's just not my age group that i really have any friends in.all my friends are like a few months to 2 or 3 yrs younger than me,or a few months to college age people,& adults too.but yeah,what 's the big deal w/ a girl having a younger boyfriend?i hear this alot.i don't really mention that my bf's younger than me anymore,b/c i get rude comments about it.

i just don't see what the big deal is, since i don't hear guys getting rude comments when their gf's 8 months or more younger than them, but a girl does when her bf's 8 months or more younger than her.

Yep, I'm going to say something with 100% confidence: Other WOMEN are telling you that you're "Robbing the cradle" (the expression your looking for).

Ignore them, those old biddies wish they were hot enough that they could bag a younger guy. Its not so much of a problem at your age, but old schools of thought die hard and the tradition is that the man is older in a relationship. The women that tell you that you shouldn't be with a younger guy are jealous and want you to be as miserable as they are. It annoys me to no end when women decide to undermine each others happiness for no reason other than misery loves company.

Enjoy your life, ignore those biatches and live it up with your boyfriend (and congratulate him for me on getting a "more experienced" woman ^_^)

I married a man 11 years younger than me. We were together 2 years before we married 3 years ago. We are very happy and don't care what people think. Try this on for size. Looks bad when you consider I graduated high school when he was only 8. On the other hand, when he is 35 and I am 46, it won't seem like so much! A few months is nothing. They are just jealous of your honey. Ignore them.

A girl with a younger guy, means that the ill-experienced guy will have a tough time satisfying you. People are just jelous that you have a younger guy. Teach the boy a little trick here and there and you will be fine.

So when you are like 72 and 9 months old, he will be like 72 years and 1 month old. That is a crazy age difference and I would never even consider entering a relationship like that.

my wife is 2years older than me yet she looks younger than me i dont have a problem with that and she makes more money than me to so i reallly dont have a problem with that. i think some poeple try to stick with the traditional but the world aint the same anymore enjoy what you have forget what other poeple think its your life they lived theres so its your turn to live your and good luck
