All I can say is, if you're a gamer, choose an AMD processor and a Zalman CPU fan. Use an ASUS mobo, they are very stable. Kingston or Corsair memory, at least 2GB. A large PSU and plenty of case fans. A large SATA HDD (preferably 2--150GB 10,000 RPM WD "Raptors"). A 512MB video card.
