It buzzes if you ring the door bell but neither of the chimes move. Is it something that can be fixed and how?

It does not have batteries and is ran through electric wires. It seems as if one of the chimes is stuck...

They have a coil and a converter, either and, or, may be shot.

Check the batteries, or the power connection, or supply, or fuse box, if it's none of these, buy a new one.

sounds like its stuck, tap on it and see if it breaks it loose, if not try wd-40 then tap on it lightly
