upload your pic in to http://www.photobucket.com/ It is free to sign up...you will need The URL address from there take it to http://www.blinkyou.com go to the lay out generator and put your URL code int he back ground part.. Adjust your page accordingly..they have the best options i have found so fay for generating your back ground.. font style, color, sizes, cursor and even pic tweaks too.. you can do your whole page over in there..

note the color of your text will be the same as what is being displayed in the extend net work part.. get you code but don't close the page on blink you... put the code in your about me section.. now this part you have to remember....
Save changes then exit out of about me section and go look at your profile.. (do not do the preview profile in your edit section back ground will not show)
Now if there is some thing you want to change go back to blink you and make that change then do it again...

enter this code into the about me section of your profile

this requires that you have the image uploaded to a site such as imageshack.
