There is no way healthy way to self-castrate, nor would a doctor do it for you unless you had testicular cancer. I would really encourage you to think long-term, and realize that the way you feel at 18 is not how you will feel when you are 23, 28 or 35, just like you are different now than when you were 8 or 13. I would see a doctor or youth pastor about your anxiety and sexual frustration; you are putting too much pressure on yourself for a young guy. Not to sound like a prude, but you should not be having sex at 18 (regardless of what "society" says). Save yourself for your one true love. You will be happier and so will she. At 18 I had alot of the same feelings as you, and now am happily married with three kids. If I had taken drastic action of some sort at 18, my life would not be what it is. Stay true to yourself, and relax a bit. I will pray for you, and wish you the best.

Just be a man about it and take a knife to it, then put a tourniquet around your neck to stop the bleeding. This way you will be doing the world a favor.

You need to ask that Bobbit guy- his wife was Loraina. All kidding aside, I truely think you should talk to someone, before you end up seriously hurt yourself. Find someone that you dont have to see again, if thats what it takes. Good Luck, but please dont hurt yourself.
