Well Turkey is quite unique as it is in both asia and europe.and the capital city Istanbul is also in both continents This is the only capital in the world in two continents.The symbol of Turkey is a white crescent moon and star on a red field(background)

It is in Europe and Asia. Continents are not physical, they go through countries borders, like Russia, you have Asian Russia and Europen Russia. The two continents actually meet at Istanbul.
