My shoe size is still the same after 3 years.....I'm worried now! Does this mean I have stopped growing or something? Does that include my body too? Because my feet has not grown. I have the smallest feet in my classes. I am 13 years old in the 8th grade and still wear size 4 1/2 and 5. Why?

Yeah your feet are probably done growing for good but you might still get taller, mine stopped growing in the 8th grade and I grew a couple more inches in high school.

Honey, don't worry you are only 13 you still have plenty of growing time. Ask your mother or father how fast they grew when they were your age. Maybe they were slow growers too. I believe I had a size 5 in the eighth grade too then over the summer I grew two shoe sizes and a bra size. Just give yourself time and you will grow. You don't want to get big too quickly anyway small is in.

You're only 13. Of course your feel will still grow. Sometimes they just reach a plateau (stopping point), but will continue to grow later on. You should also get taller. Don't worry about it.
