when I was 14 I had my walls covered in vogue pics.I fell for one and got happy and thought I was dancing with her.dancing is a metaphor much like happy.I am assuming you meant hallucination.if not the above is an embarrassing lie.

I hallucinated once in college when I came down w/mono. I had a high fever, and thought that my roommates 2 giant teddy bears were having a conversation about their weekends--one having gone home and the other partied!

yes when i was very sick with the flu when i was a little girl. i fell asleep with my eyes open an i had a nightmare about a tornado and i saw little people climbing on my window sill with little ropes like borrowers. my mommy said it was cuase i had a fever

Yes...Auditory ones many times.
However, visually, I've only had slight illusions that weren't actual hallucinations.
