if i have a certified deed can some else rent my land with out my permission

First, I'm not an attorney, so this is just a layman's opinion. It seems to me that a rental agreement that was offered to a prospective tenant by someone other than the owner of the property would not be a valid contract.

i dont believe they can dwell on your property without your permission if the deed is in your name-- if they do it is considered trespassing-- call the police-- since it is in your name-- it cant be rented unless you have given permission to somebody ( a caretaker or manager) to conduct your business while your gone or away and its a signed agreement and notorized.check this out-- in oregon if you can dwell on a piece of land for 10 years and not contacted by owner of said parcel or didnt pay any rent during the 10 years-- you can get squatters rights and eventually keep the land even tho its not yours legally in a court of law(stupid law i think) hope this helps-- if the estate has an executor or representative they can rent it without your permission but there are landlord and tenet laws to deal with--
