I think that would depend on what kind of climate you want to live in. If you want something cold, Alaska, or anywhere farther north. If you want something humid...the entire east coast (not recommended for people with curly hair.....very bad experience...) If you want something warm and dry, but with great beaches, the southwest. If you want somewhere kinda in the middle of it all....then go to the middle of it all....:D good luck

Southern California (San Diego) for sure. It does not get to cold in the winter, and in the sumer the beaches are the best

You need to be more specific. There's something in the US for everybody. Love natural beauty? Love the arts? Do you like peaceful contemplative living? Or nonstop fun? Do you like warm weather or winter sports?
