Chlorox makes a new product called a Bleach Pen - it is the most perfect thing I have found for keeping grout sparkling clean.

I discovered a product that really works well, It's called BAM, you apply it full strength, use a brush (non metallic) to get into the rough surface, then you take a clean dry white rag, or paper towels and you wipe it off, after then rinse it with another clean rag with water on it, after it dries, apply a sealer, you can buy it cheap from a hardware store by the gallon or in smaller quantities. Look in the section where flooring waxes, and that sort of thing are. Not at the grocery store but the hardware store. The directions are on the bottle of sealer, you can get high gloss, or matte finish for your grout, it will stay nice, and clean and it's easier to maintain once you've done it. Only need to damp mop it.
The sealer will wear off eventually, but I just go touch up the high traffic areas once in a while.
FYI...Oreck makes a good cleaner also.

Buy a Bleach pen for cleaning the grout. You can find it in the laundry aisle in the grocery stores!

If it is bad, I would just remove the grout. Then re-grout it & be sure to seal it good....
Otherwise try bleach, but if the grout is getting dirty, but sure to seal it after you clean it & it is good & dry....
